What an enjoyable weekend it has been... had a wonderful appetizer plate while watching basketball and Nascar featuring several cheeses, fresh organic Georgian peach, strawberries, salami, French bread, kalamata olives, sweet potato salad, tangerine roasted beets and walnuts. Breakfast in bed featuring a delicious asparagus and veggie omelet, more peaches and skillet potatoes and onion. And then to an art fair where both of my wonderfully talented daughters were displaying their works. All the makings for a perfect weekend.
