Crabbing in Seaside.

It was such a beautiful day last Monday that I had to make a trip to the coast to go crabbing. The fall colors were spectacular on the drive over there and it was t-shirt weather with no wind on the 12th Ave. bridge where I usually go. And, there was bounty.

Dungeness Crab Omelette

One of the joys of the Pacific Northwest is when Dungeness crab is plentiful and the price comes down to $2.99 / lb..... A favorite of mine is a Dungeness crab omelette. A generous amount of crab, basil and tomato make this dish fast, simple and delicious !
